Low water needs along immediate coast. Best with occasional summer water inland. Best in full sun. Becomes leggy in shade. Grows well in both coastal and hot inland areas.

An effective groundcover. Spills well over a slope or low wall. Foliage is attractive year-ground. Great choice for parking strips. Grows well under oaks. Attracts butterflies. Sandy or clay soils.
